Eric is the founder of Cogent Consulting with over 25 years of Management consulting, IT consulting and technical team management experience. His early background includes "Big 4" roots with PWC where he engaged and delivered for Fortune 500 clients across Healthcare, Banking and Financial industries.

Over 14 years ago, Eric identified the need in the market for boutique consulting services with "Big 4" experience and launched Cogent Consulting. Over time, he has brought together a team of senior professionals who have deep backgrounds and expertise to address strategy, operations, performance, technology and execution for clients of all sizes.

Mark leads Cogent’s Architecture Practice where he brings over 30 years experience in IT Strategy, Enterprise Architecture and complex program leadership.

He led Software Engineering for HP's Health & Life Sciences business, where his teams provided architecture, engineering and development and implementation of HP's market-leading Medicaid solution. He also served as the Chief Technologist and Chief Architect across HP's Americas consulting business for over 10 years. He brings depth in Healthcare and IT Leadership as well as project recovery.

Khalid is a thought leader in IT and Digital Transformation and has more than 25 years of experience. He has deep understanding of IT Management and software engineering across diverse industry and modernization challenges

Khalid's recent work experience includes the design and development of one of the preeminent Application Portfolio Management and Application Rationalization methodologies and the successful delivery of many of these engagements across Fortune rated, world class enterprises.

Recent work also includes helping customers develop cloud strategies, which combine Enterprise Architectural concepts with IT Service Management (ITSM) and Applications and IT Asset Management using a move comprehensive portfolio based approach.
